HEALTHY PULLED CHICKEN

This recipe is truly a must! I serve it with rice, potatoes, the gluten free tortillas, added in soups or just in a salad 💁🏼‍♀️ Easy to cook in larger amounts and so smooth to food prep with. •
Pulled chicken


Ingredients:


1️⃣1 kg chicken breast
2️⃣4 table spoons of chicken/vegetable broth
3️⃣Japanese Soy (4 table spoons and it’s not needed if you rather skip it)
4️⃣Pepper/Salt
5️⃣1 liter of water (mix with unsweetened tomatoe sauce for another taste)
6️⃣ Spices & Herbs
(I used sugar & salt free spice mixes for Fajitas & veg Tacos to keep it simple. Spicemasters brand is a favorite) •


HOW TO:


1️⃣Put the chicken breast in a large pot
2️⃣Add the water, spices, soy and broth.
3️⃣Let it cook in a low temperature for about 2 hours until you can separate the meat easily with a fork.
5️⃣ENJOY and serve it with fresh parsley or coriander
